21 years ago today Scooch entered the UK singles chart at #29 with When My Baby.
The song would peak at #29 and spend 4 weeks on the chart.
Scooch comprises of Natalie Powers, Russ Spencer, Caroline Barnes and David Ducasse. They were formed in 1998 after having auditioned for an all-singing all-dancing pop group in front of producers Mike Stock and Matt Aitken the previous year.
Their debut single, When My Baby was released in November 1999 and entered the Top 40 at #29, it's peak position.
