Jason Donovan - I'm Doing Fine

30 years ago today Jason Donovan entered the UK singles chart at #35 with I'm Doing Fine.
The song would peak at #22 and spend 6 weeks on the chart.

I'm Doing Fine was the fifth and final single to be lifted from Donovan's second album, Between The Lines.
Written and produced by Stock Aitken Waterman it was an effective Beatles pastiche with a video featuring Jason and his own fab four alter egos.

The song would sadly not break the Top 20, his first single to fail to do so, but nevertheless sent the album back up the charts in the run-up to Christmas.

The album would peak at #15 and spend a total of 12 weeks on the chart. Let's Get To It was Kylie's fourth album and her final in collaboration with the PWL label. Because You Loved Me was originally recorded by Celine Dion and released as a single in the UK in May 1996.
