Kylie Minogue - Never Too Late

31 years ago today Kylie Minogue entered the UK singles chart at #17 with Never Too Late.

The song would peak at #4 and spend 10 weeks on the chart.

Never Too Late, written and produced by Stock Aitken Waterman, was the third single to be lifted from Kylie's second album, Enjoy Yourself. 

The low debut position of #17 was due to the delayed release of the 12" single but it jumped to it's peak of #4 the next week where it stayed for 2 weeks. This peak position broke Minogue's impressive run of seven consecutive top two hits but gave her another Silver BPI award for sales over 200,000.

Elsewhere the single peaked at #1 in Ireland and hit the Top 40's in Australia, France, Holland, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
